SET PRICES VS. HOURLY WORK
Whenever possible we'll provide you with a cost estimate or quote prior to beginning your work, so you'll have a clear understanding of costs upfront.
However, on some occasions there's no getting around billing on an hourly basis (e.g.: simple website updates, small amounts of research, etc.) There is a 15-minute minimum for hourly work.
Work that is often billed hourly includes:
- Standard work and updating requests (most services, less than 2 – 4 hours total)
- Simple website updates
- Small amounts of consulting and strategy work
- Meetings and phone calls

We're here for you. We simply request you understand that accommodating your tight deadline will require us to rearrange our schedule and extend our work hours. For these reasons, rushed work incurs additional charges.
- Next-day turnaround (by 5:30pm next business day): +100%
- Weekend work (in on Friday, due on Monday): +125%
- Same-day turnaround: +150%.
